Yawstone Holdings LLC ("Yawstone", "we", "our") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you submit through our contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), organization or agency (optional), role or title (optional), area of interest, engagement type (optional), timeline (optional), and the message you send. We also collect a challenge response from Cloudflare Turnstile and a timing measurement used to detect automated submissions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, add you to a marketing list, or share it with third parties for advertising.

Third-party processors

The following services process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that form submissions are not automated. Your browser sends a challenge token to Cloudflare during form submission.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts the API endpoint and Lambda function that processes contact form submissions, and delivers the resulting notification email via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES).
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser makes a request to Google's font CDN when the site loads.

Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as we are actively engaging with you and for a reasonable period after (typically no more than 24 months) for reference. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Contact support@yawstone.com to do so.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted.
